Inspired by stationery workout-guide wall screens around the gym, the Anytime Fitness application serves as a tool that makes information about fitness more accessible, accompanied by a brand that makes gym-users feel welcomed and inspired. It is the perfect tool for gym-user who want more workout organization and desire information that outlines how to go about creating this structure in order to optimize personal goals. I aim to make the process of creating a structured gym routine more fluid and informative, without being intimidating for anyone who may be newer to a weekly fitness routine. Current fitness applications that exist appear to either provide custom workouts, or the ability to create one from scratch. Neither of which emphasize the “why” along the way. The goal of the Anytime fitness app is to make gym-users feel informed and confident in creating a structured workout that is best for them. View project site here:
